WHO WE ARE
Q: What does Esubio do?
A: Esubio supplies food-grade raw materials, functional ingredients, and pre-formulated ingredient blends to manufacturers and brands in the health food and supplement industry — including vitamins, collagen peptides, probiotics, botanical extracts, and category-specific functional blends (e.g. Beauty From Within, immune support, gut health).
Q: Are you a contract manufacturer (OEM/private label producer)?
A: No. We are a raw material and ingredient supplier. We do not produce, fill, or package finished products (capsules, gummies, powders, drinks, etc.) under a client’s brand. We supply the ingredients that manufacturers use in their formulations.
Q: Do you offer private label or white label finished products?
A: We don’t offer finished-product private label services ourselves. If you already work with a contract manufacturer, we’re happy to supply them directly with the ingredients or blends for your formulation.
Q: Can you recommend a contract manufacturer for finished products?
A: We don’t operate as a manufacturer ourselves, so we’re not able to formally recommend one, but we’re glad to work alongside whichever manufacturer you choose, supplying the raw materials they need.
ORDERING & MOQ
Q: What does MOQ mean on your product pages?
A: MOQ refers to the minimum order quantity of the raw ingredient or blend itself (typically by weight — grams or kilograms), not a finished, packaged, ready-to-sell product.
Q: I only need a small amount to test a formulation — is that possible?
A: Yes. Most of our functional blends have low MOQs (from as little as 100g) specifically to support formulation testing and small-batch trials before committing to a larger order.
Q: What information do you need to provide a quote?
A: The ingredient or blend name, required quantity, any specific spec requirements, and your shipping destination.
QUALITY & COMPLIANCE
Q: How do you ensure quality and consistency?
A: All our extracts and ingredients are sourced from trusted, traceable suppliers with full farm-to-factory traceability. Every batch undergoes testing for active compounds, heavy metals, pesticides, and microbial contamination, and is standardized using analytical methods such as HPLC, UV, or GC-MS to ensure reproducible results.
Q: What certifications and standards do you comply with?
A: We comply with ISO, cGMP, Organic, Halal, and Kosher standards where applicable, and our documentation supports compliance with FDA, EFSA, Health Canada, and other international regulatory frameworks.
Q: What documentation do you provide?
A: We provide full documentation including Certificate of Analysis (COA), and Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to support your regulatory and quality requirements.

Q: What applications are your ingredients suitable for?
A: Our ingredients and extracts are suitable for dietary supplements, functional foods and beverages, and cosmetic formulations. We provide guidance on potency, stability, and regulatory considerations to support your formulation decisions.
REGULATORY SUPPORT
Q: Do you handle regulatory listing (e.g. TGA, FDA, FSANZ) for finished products?
A: Regulatory classification for a finished product depends on its dosage form, claims, and manufacturing process — this is determined by your contract manufacturer. We support this process by providing ingredient-level specifications, COA, COC, and MSDS documentation.
STORAGE, PACKAGING & SHIPPING
Q: How should your ingredients be stored?
A: Store powders in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and humidity. Most products have a shelf life of around 2 years; certain sensitive ingredients may require low-temperature storage to maintain potency — details are provided per product.
Q: What packaging options are available?
A: Standard packaging includes paper bags, foil bags, and drums, designed to protect against moisture, oxidation, and contamination. Custom bulk packaging formats are available on request.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, by air and sea. Each shipment includes the necessary documentation (COA, COC, MSDS, and Organic/eco-certifications where applicable) to support customs clearance.

Q: Is sustainability part of your sourcing process?
A: Yes. Traceability and sustainable sourcing are core to how we work — our raw materials come from certified, traceable sources, and many carry Organic or eco-certifications.
